The ChaCha is a pull on skirt with a non roll elastic waistband and a double knife pleat ruffle at the hem with each row going a different direction to create movement. The pocket in the back is discreetly hidden in the waistband seam (high enough so you won't sit on your tees in the golf cart). All Tzu Tzu skorts come with built in shorts to keep you covered and comfortable. Model is 5'8
