The Talisman She has a stunning tieredMeet Talisman, she is a precious and RARE late 60s early 70s printed velvet dream dress by coveted designer of the time Colin Glascoe. I suspect this is a silk velvet and this gem was also made in India. I absolutely adore this one, that printed shimmering velvet is DIVINE, with a dark green base and hints of reds and yellows in that unusual print. She has a scoop neckline, button detailing, flared sleeves, nipped in waist and a skirt that hangs
