50's/60's Navy Blue and White Feather Turban Hat by Jack McConnell Boutique souvenir race shirt Deadstock signed and with original1960s Inky blue feather turban with white feathers sporadically throughout by the famous hat maker Jack McConnell. This hat has a felt base with glossy navy blue and white feathers. It's in a turban shape with an extra piece in the front to give it height. This hat is in Good Vintage Condition, some of the feathers are missing but the ones that remain can be moved to cover the small, sparse spots. The hat still presents beautifully! Condition: Good
