80's Blue Gathered Ultra High Waist Midi Skirt by Kenzo Paris handkerchief hem Scarf is cleanKenzo Paris Deep Turquoise Cotton Jacquard Gathered Skirt with Ultra High Waist. Beautiful medium weight textured cotton skirt. Ultra high double layered waist band one side is turquoise blue and the reverse side is emerald green as pictured. The waistband is made to be worn folded and buttons at the center front. There is an attached decorative self fabric green sash belt sewn to the back of the skirt. Full gathered skirt with a band of green cotton
