It's triple distilled, and during the last distillation, the mezcalero adds fresh fruit to the mix and suspends a raw chicken breast in the still so that the vapor passes through the chicken to amplify the savory characteristics of the spirit. Overall, it's full bodied, with a honey like mouthfeel, and flavors of smoke,
