Known as the 'Queen of Basketball' the accomplishments of Luisa (Lucy) Harris are no less than awe inspiring. Lucy was the first black woman inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame. She is the only woman to ever be officially drafted by the NBA even though she declined the offer. She was a member of the 1976 United States Olympic Team. She
