The cola(tails)/water blend and mezcal were both rested for one month before being blended together on April 19th to produce a bottling batch of 170 liters at 51

The backstory behind this bottling is that Master Distiller Fred Noe uses a “barrel sweating” technique to coax out Bourbon that has soaked into barrels during aging

like all our other Carpano products do not contain any artificial colouring

This is shot through with acidity and some dense tannins

Bouchard Aine & Fils Pinot Noir - 2023 (750ml) Muscat Blanc The cola(tails)/water blend and mezcalColor: bright red garnet. Nose: delicate aromas of cherry and coffee with subtly integrated toasted notes. Palate: Tasty and fruity, with a nice strength. Chocolate flavors are underlined by a hint of menthol, lying on silky tannins. The finish is long with assorted fruit flavors and a subtle touch of oak.
