Four Roses, Private Select Bourbon 112.2 proof, 750mL Cassis WIth a degree in AgricultureThis limited single barrel bourbon is made from the B mashbill of 60% corn 35 % rye 5 % malted barley. It is made using yeast strain V which shows delicate fruit, spice and adds a creamy texture. It was aged for 9 years and 3 months. This bottle show notes of dried fruit and caramel on the nose. The palate is full showing burnt caramel, vanilla and a healthy dose baking spice.
