Archaeological Revival "Alexander the Great" Coin Brooch memorial ring We always buy these whenDATE: Archaeological Revival, c. 1890 A fantastic authentic tetradrachm (coin), depicting Alexander The Great with his famous lion pelt of Heracles. On the reverse, Zeus enthroned holding an eagle and sceptre. The coin dates from 330 BC and remains in excellent condition. The coin is set within an archaeological revival style brooch fitting. The craftmanship is excellent, and is crafted in 18k yellow gold with light marks for Philipps Brothers & Sons.
