Pair of Vintage Bavarian Woodland Animals Bird Snipe Deer Doe in the Forest Plates Green Trim red turkey plate Impressed: CROWN DEVON ENGLANDFrom one of Germany's most highly regarded porcelain manufacturers dating back to 1866 is this sweet pair of corresponding dessert salad plates each detailing different Woodland animals. One plate features a Doe and her fawn while the other depicts a pair of Snipe. The forest scenes are from antique engravings. There are ferns, mushrooms and other woodland plants. They are trimmed in green around the rim. Measurements: 7 7 8" Condition: Excellent.
