It comes from England and reads in black transfer print "WHISKY surrounded with gold plumes and scrolls and painted gilt bands and a yellow mustard trim. It can be displayed on a bookcase, in the bar or anywhere as it is or converted to a lamp like Charles Faudree has done, as shown in the 2nd to last photo. I have a few in my collection and will be listing the 5 others shown
