Victorian Silver Buckle & Ivy Leaf Cuff Bangle labradorite Dating from the 1890sDATE: Victorian, c. 1900 This turn of the century cuff bangle is modelled in silver and features two powerful symbols, popular during the Victorian period. Set with a large buckle to the front, symbolising eternity, fidelity, strength and protection an eternal loop that threads back into itself. It's perfectly completed by ivy leaves, that decorate the entire strap of the buckle and the cuff itself. The ivy leaf, according to Kate Greenaway's Language
