The Cavatina is designed around the magnificent 805ASE triode generating a class A single ended output power of 40 watts. To compliment this we have added a 300B triode, switchable to a 2A3 triode to drive the 805A, resulting in a smooth, purer sound! This is further enhanced by the perfect combination of Japanese steel laminations and 99% pure copper
