Holy Goat 180 Shilling x Newbarns Collab Scottish Barley Wine 440ml (12%) Wild/Mixed Fermentation we bring you Blackout breweryBrewed in collaboration with Newbarns Brewery, this take on a traditional Scottish ale uses a double reiterated mash. This 17th century brewing technique utilises the runoff wort from one mash, as the liquor for a second. This effectively concentrates the wort, allowing the production of a very strong beer without requiring additional sugars (though they still added sugars here!). This is a historic inspired recipe utilising Chevallier malt along with
