Victorian Gold Miner's Brooch chrysoprase made circa 1880DATE: A finely worked 14k gold South African goldrush brooch, dating from the 1880s. It comprises the standard miner's tools, a shovel, pick, and bucket, along with a rope coiled around a gold nugget (as well as smaller nuggets on the ends of the shovel and pick. MEASUREMENTS 4. 9 x 1. 4cm WEIGHT 4. 7g MARKS No marks present, tests as 14k gold CONDITION Very good
