It's set all along one side with alternating natural blue sapphires and old mine cut diamonds, in silver claw mounts, and with gorgeous granular shoulder details. The sapphires display a vibrant mid blue colour, and have been cut in oval cushion shapes like the diamonds. It's modelled in 18 karat gold with French eagle hallmarks, made by
